Worth Every Carrot - A Review of the Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette
What’s hopping? It’s me, Guinness the Rabbit. Urban Decay happens to be one of my favorite makeup brands. On top of delivering high-quality products, Urban Decay is committed to ending animal testing and is certified by PETA and The Leaping Bunny Program (CCIC) as a cruelty-free brand.
When my human, Kim, first told me about the Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette, I wondered if the smoky version would be as versatile as the other Naked palettes— a smoky eye isn’t exactly an everyday look. Still, we were excited to try it out so Kim ordered the palette from Ulta.com. We both leaped with excitement when it finally arrived!
After Kim showed me the variety of colors in the palette, I realized that it is pretty versatile. The colors are arranged with the shimmery shadows on the left and the matte shadows on the right. It even came with a sheet that gives you several different looks to try, which inspired me to come up with some of my own:
Bare Bunny: Thirteen + Combust + Whiskey - Subtle enough for an everyday look.
Golden Guinness: High + Dirtysweet + Radar - The ultimate gold smoky eye.
Ravishing Rabbit: Armor + Smolder - Simple, yet devastatingly gorgeous.
As with all of the other Urban Decay Naked palettes, this latest palette is definitely worth every carrot! Feel free to share your Naked Smoky looks with us in the comments!
Remember: Some bunny thinks you’re beautiful.
